CMC ORGANIZED A FREE MEDICAL CAMP AT HAMBRAN

LUDHIANA : Mata Kaushalya Devi Pahwa Charitable Hospital (MKDPCH) Hambran, unit of CMC Ludhiana held a free medical camp at Hambran. The camp was sponsored by Mr. Onkar Singh Pahwa, MD of Avon Cycles in memory of his mother Mata Kaushalya Devi Pahwa
Medical teams from Ophthalmology, General Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, PMR, Dental, Dermatology, ENT and Psychiatry attended to the patients. Total 447 patients were examined. Medicines were given free of cost. All investigations were done at 50% concession. Free cataract surgeries were arranged for 16 patients. Free dental procedures were done for 29 patients and free surgeries were arranged for 2 patients.

The free camp was in continuation of a series of the camps organised by CMC to serve the poor and needy in the society and to provide the best health-care in the rural areas.
