CLEAN INDIA RALLY AND DRIVE CONDUCTED BY DEFENCE FORCES

Ludhiana - On the Occasion of Mahatma Gandhi’s Birth Anniversary, 26th BN  ITBP jawan and their families in large number participated in Clean  India  Rally  held  at  Village  Baddowal,  Under the Guidance of Smt. Richa Tak Chief Patron (HWWA) and SH. Baljinder  Singh  Commandant  26th Bn ITBP.  This rally  was also joined by Sh. Amarjot Singh sarpanch village Baddowal, School Student and villagers after successful completion of rally. Cleanliness drive was conducted at several Places including Village community centre and gurudwara.
Addressing the Gathering Sh. Baljinder Singh  Commandant 26Th Bn ITBP Emphasized on the importance of Cleanliness and stressed on the fact that Participation from all can only ensure a clean and healthy India. A pledge for clean India was also taken by  all.

Moreover, cleanliness drive was also conducted at Dholewal Military Camp and at the statue of Martyr Major Bhupinder Singh near Bharat Nagar chowk today. Brigadier Manish Arora led the drive. While addressing the gathering, Mr. Manish Arora said that cleanliness must be part of one’s routine life. It is our moral duty to keep our surroundings clean and green. We should motivate our children toward cleanliness.
Cleanliness Mission Drive took  place from 15-09-17 to 02-10- 17 and concluded today on the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti.
