ਮਿਤੀ 01/01/2017 ਨੂੰ 18 ਸਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਯੁਵਕ ਅਤੇ ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਮ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਮਿਤੀ 01/07/2017 ਤੋਂ 31/07/2017 ਤੱਕ ਸੰਬੰਧਤ ਬੀ.ਐਲ.ਓ ਜਾਂ ਚੋਣ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਰਹੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਫਾਰਮ 6 ਭਰ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੋਟ ਬਨਵਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹਨ [ ਮਿਤੀ 9/07/2017 (ਐਤਵਾਰ) ਅਤੇ 23/07/2017 (ਐਤਵਾਰ) ਨੂੰ ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ ਕੰਪੇਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬੀ.ਐਲ. ਓ ਸਮੂਹ ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਉਪਰ ਨਵੀ ਵੋਟ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਫਾਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ[ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਅਲਾਵਾ ਜੇ ਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੋਟ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਵੈ ਪਤੇ ਤੇ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ ਤਾ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਫਾਰਮ 6 ਭਰ ਕੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਕਾਲਮ ਨੰਬਰ 4 ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਪਤੇ ਦਾ ਵੇਰਵਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਨਵੀ ਪਤੇ ਤੇ ਵੋਟ ਬਨਵਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ [ਵੋਟਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੋਟ www.nvsp.in ਅਤੇ www.ceopunjab.nic.in ਤੇ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਵੀ ਭਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਐਪ ਇੰਸਟਾਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਫਾਰਮ ਭਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ
