PUNJAB HEART SURGEON’S WORK PUBLISHED IN WORLD LITERATURE

A breakthrough use of a new 3D printing technology used for the first time in the world for a lung disease has found its rightful place in the world literature. It has been published today in the most prestigious Cardio Vascular portal of the world – the CTS Net of USA (www.ctsnet.org) . 

Dr. Harinder Singh Bedi – Chairman Cardio Vascular Endovascular & Thoracic Sciences – explained that his team had used the help of a cutting edge technology called 3D printing to conduct a life saving surgery in a young man. The patient Mr. Gurjit Singh (name changed) a 23 year old college student was noted to have a bluish discoloration of his body since childhood along with shortness of breath. When his colour started getting worse he was referred to Dr Bedi in Ludhiana. His heart scans were normal - so Dr. Bedi suspected a lung problem and got a CT scan done. There was a large connection between the right sided pulmonary artery and vein which was bypassing the lung. So blue blood was entering the body without picking up oxygen. This is called a large pulmonary arterio-venous malformation (AVM) and is a rare disease. Dr. Bedi realized that the AVM could suddenly burst leading to a life threatening bleeding. On the CT the malformation looked extremely complex with the arteries and veins hopelessly intermixed. The treatment was an early intervention. However it was expected to cause major problems during the procedure as the pathology was intricate.

So Dr. Bedi decided to take the help of a new technology called 3D printing . This is being done in the Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College (GNDEC) Ludhiana under Prof.Rupinder Singh. Special equipment (3D printing hardware/software) was used to create a life sized 3D print of the malformation. This specimen could be rotated all around and visualized from all angles. After a careful study of this specimen Dr. Bedi went ahead with the minimally invasive surgery . This would normally have taken over 3 hours and there was a risk that even a 1 mm mistake could trigger a torrential bleed .With the knowledge provided by the 3D – Dr. Bedi was able to remove the whole AVM in just 23 minutes with hardly any blood loss. Mr. Gurjit Singh recovered well . His bluish colour has been replaced with a healthy normal pink and his breathing is normal.

Since this was a new application never before reported in the world – Dr Bedi sent the paper to the most prestigious surgical portal – the CTS Net . The International expert peers studied the paper in great detail before publishing it . The portal has a world wide extensive viewership and already appreciation of the technique is coming in. Dr. Bedi said that he could foresee the immense contribution of this modality in minimally invasive surgery and precise procedures all of which lead to enhanced patient safety. On an exhaustive internet search there has been no mention of the use of 3D printing in such a potentially dangerous lung pathology. 

Dr Bedi said that now India is setting benchmarks in various fields including medicine . He was exceedingly proud and happy that the name of Punjab and India would now be permanently acknowledged whenever this technology is quoted .

CMC doctor gets honored by Vice-president.

Ludhiana : Dr. Tejinder Singh, Professor of Pediatrics and Medical Education at CMC Ludhiana was conferred the Excellence in Medical Education Award (Eminent Alumnus) at the hands of Sh. M Venkaiah Naidu, Hon. Vice President of India at a ceremony held today at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. The award had been instituted by the National Board of Examinations under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India, to recognize contribution of teachers to medical education. 31 teachers were honoured at the function.

Dr. Tejinder Singh had earlier received the Dr. B C Roy National Award from Medical Council of India for Eminent Medical Teacher.

लुधियाना : सी.एम.सी लुधियाना में बाल चिकित्सा और चिकित्सा शिक्षा के प्रोफेसर डॉ तेजिंदर सिंह को विज्ञान भवन, नई दिल्ली में आज आयोजित एक समारोह में भारत के उप-राष्ट्रपति माननीय श्री एम वेंकैया नायडू के हाथों चिकित्सा पुरस्कार (प्रतिष्ठित पूर्व छात्र) में उत्कृष्टता प्रदान किया गया | यह पुरस्कार चिकित्सा शिक्षा में शिक्षकों के योगदान को सम्मान देने के लिए भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के तहत राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा बोर्ड द्वारा शुरू किया गया था। इस समारोह में 31 शिक्षको को सम्मानित किया गया।

डॉ. तेजिंदर सिंह को पहले मेडिकल काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया को प्रमुख मेडिकल टीचर के लिए डॉ. बी.सी रॉय राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार मिला चूका हैं ।

Cancer Awareness Programme was organised by Deep Hospital, Ludhiana. More than 70 patients and their relatives attended the programme. Separate rounds of Interaction were held and a lot of queries regarding Cancer were resolved. The whole session was followed by question-answer round on various scenarios of daily life.

Programme was held under the supervision of Dr. Amit Dhiman Director & Senior consultant, Cancer and Hematology services, Bone Marrow transplant specialist

Giving information regarding Cancer, Dr.Amit said What is Cancer? In simple terms, cancer is an abnormal growth of body cells. Each one of us is born with a potential for cancer. One cannot "Catch" it as one would an infection or a cold. When the programming of a cell or a group of cells is affected, growth may become uncontrolled. Some of the factors that can alter the code are chronic irritation, tobacco, smoke and dust, radioactive substances, age, sex, race and heredity. While one cannot control many of these factors , we need to be aware of the ones we can control of. Prevention is definitely better than treatment of cancer.

What Causes Cancer?

Consumption of tobacco especially smoking, which is 1 out of 4 causes of cancer ,workplace chemicals like asbestos , old age people are more prone to cancer, Lifestyle ,diet and some specific type of virus and radiation may also cause cancer . Some cancers are also genetic in nature.

What are the signs of Cancer?

A PERSISTENT SORE especially if it is in the mouth, on the lip or on tongue.

LUMPS OR MASSES which appear where none were present previously should arouse suspicion of cancer.

UNEXPLAINED OR ABNORMAL BLEEDING FROM ANY BODY OPENING.

PERSISTENT INDIGESTION OR CHANGE IN BOWEL HABITS, while usually due to other causes, are often caused in the intestinal tract and should be reported.

PERSISTENT HOARSENESS OR COUGH of abnormal duration deserves a careful examination by your doctor

UNEXPLAINED LOSS OF WEIGHT may be due to many things but may also be due to hidden cancer.

How important is screening and which all cancers can be screened .

Screening means looking for early signs of a particular disease in healthy people who do not have any symptoms. Screening for cancer aims to find cancers as early as possible - when the chance of cure is highest. There are established Screening tests for breast cancer, cervical cancer and bowel cancer.

There are also tests to detect prostate Cancer and Ovarian Cancer.

How can cancer be prevented?

Cancers that are closely linked to certain behaviors are the easiest to prevent. For example, choosing not to smoke tobacco or drink alcohol significantly lower the risk of several types of cancer -most notably lung, throat, mouth, and liver cancer. Even if you are a current tobacco user, quitting can still greatly reduce your chances of getting cancer.

How is cancer treated?

Cancer treatment depends on the type of cancer, the stage of the cancer (how much it has spread), age, health status, and additional personal characteristics. There is no single treatment for cancer, and patients often receive a combination of therapies and palliative care. Treatments usually fall into one of the following categories: surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy, or gene therapy

ਆਰਮੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੀਰ ਨਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਨਮਾਨ

ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, 28 ਜਨਵਰੀ – ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਖਾਤਿਰ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋਏ ਫੌਜੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸੇਸ਼ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਜਗਰਾਓਂ ਪੁੱਲ ਸਥਿਤ ਵਾਜਰਾ ਏਅਰ ਡਿਫੈਂਸ ਬ੍ਰਿਗੇਡ ਵਿਖੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਵੀਰ ਨਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੈਂਪ ਵੀ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਕਮਾਂਡਰ ਲੈਫਟੀਨੈਂਟ ਜਨਰਲ ਦੁਸ਼ਯੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਿਗੇਡੀਅਰ ਮੁਨੀਸ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ।  ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਜਰਾ ਆਰਮੀ ਵਾਈਵਜ ਵੈਲਫੇਅਰ ਐਸੋਸ਼ੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਜੋਨਲ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਉਸ਼ਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਿਰ ਸਨ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਵਾਗਤੀ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਬ੍ਰਿਗੇਡੀਅਰ ਮੁਨੀਸ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਮਾਂਡਰ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਮਿਲਟਰੀ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਫੌਜੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ ਓਥੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਫੌਜੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਦੀਪ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ (ਆਈਪੀਅੈਸ) ਆਰ. ਐਨ. ਢੋਕੇ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਿਰ ਸਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀਰ ਨਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੀਰ ਨਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਈ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਕੈਂਪ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚਲਾਈਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਵੀਰ ਨਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੋੜ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵਹੀਲ ਚੇਅਰਜ, ਸੁਣਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ 700 ਤੋਂ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 101 ਵੀਰ ਨਾਰੀਆਂ 200 ਜੰਗੀ ਵਿਧਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਨਅਤੀ ਇਕਾਈਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਕਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਖਸ਼ੀਅਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਿਰ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਲਜ (ਲੜਕੀਆਂ) ਅਤੇ ਕੇ.ਵੀ.ਐਮ. ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੀਆ ਗਈਆਂ।

Ludhiana : (Arun Kaushal), United Cycle Parts Manufacturers Association, Ludhiana- one of the largest association in Asia, celebrated 69thRepublic Day with full zeal and enthusiasm under the dynamic leadership of S. Inderjit Singh Navyug. Sh.Navyug paid rich tributes to the freedom fighters who laid down their lives to get India free from Britishers. He also laurelled the role of Indian Armed Forces who are striving hard to maintain the unity and integrity of our motherland. S. Manjit Singh Khalsa and S. Avtar Singh Bhogal dwelt on the formation of constitution and the efforts put in by Punjabis in particular in freedom struggle. On this occasion the association honoured Dr. Vikas Loomba, a senior consultant physician of Ludhiana for his relentless services to the society in general and cycle industry in particular.  Dr.Loomba has been associated with the industry since 1997- when he was working in Krishna Hospital, Model Town and now in Christian Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana. He has been involved in managing the sick and suffering people for the last 20 years. According to Dr. Loomba, many of the diseases can be prevented by maintaining good hygiene, having healthy eating habits and doing regular exercise. He emphasized on the need for stress free environment and role of meditation in particular.

रखबाग में बच्चों के लिए नए मनोरंजन साधनों का डीसी व पंकज मुंजाल ने किया शुभारंभ

बच्चों के लिए विशेष जोन बनाकर नए झूले लगाए,ख्किश्तीबाजी की सुविधा भी आरंभ

महानगर वासियों के मनोरंजन के साधनों में बढौत्तरी करते हुए स्थानीय रखबाग में झूलों व अन्य सुविधाओं में वृद्धि की गई है। इस एतिहासिक रखबाग के रखरखाव की जिममेदारी निभा रही प्रसिद्ध साइकिल निर्माता कंपनी हीरो साइकल्जि की ओर से बच्चों के लिए विशेष जोन तैयार करके वहां तरह तरह के नए झूले लगा दिए गए है। इसके अलावा बच्चों के लिए किश्तीबाजी करने की सुविधा भी शुरू की गई है। इन नई सुविधाओं का उद्घाटन आज डिप्टी कमिश्नर प्रदीप अग्रवाल ने किया और हीरो साइकिल कंपनी के चेयरमैन एवं एमडी पंकज मुंजाल इस मौके पर विशेष रूप से उपस्थित रहे। उद़्घाटन करने के बाद पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए डीसी अग्रवाल ने हीरो साइकिल कंपनी की प्रशंसा करते हुए कहा कि इन नए मनोरंजन साधनों से शहर के बच्चों को बडा लाभ मिलेगा। उन्होंने अन्य व्यापारिक घराणों को भी शहर के अन्य पार्कों की सांभ संभाल के लिए आगे आने की अपील की। पंकज मंंजाल ने इस बाग से जुडने का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि उनके पिता स्व: ओपी मुंजाल बच्चों व शुद्ध वातावरण को बेहद प्रेम करते थे। हीरो ग्रुप ने इसके मद्दैनजर ही अपनी व्यापारिक सामाजिक जिममेदारी गतिविधि के तहित इस बाग की रखरखाव की जिममेदारी अपने सिर ली। अब तक पार्क पर 5. 34 करोड रूपये खर्च किए जा चुके है। इस मौके पर एडीसी खन्ना अजय सूद, कंपनी के वाइस चेयरमैन एसके राय, बाग के इंचार्ज कमांडर कुलवंत सिंह व अन्य उपस्थित थे।

-ਚਾਹਵਾਨ ਕਿਸਾਨ 6 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਤੱਕ ਜਮ•ਾਂ ਕਰਵਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ

-ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਨਮੂਨਾ ਬਲਾਕ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ  ਦਫ਼ਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਲੱਬਧ-ਮੁੱਖ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ

ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ -ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦ ਖੂੰਹਦ/ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਲਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਣ ਅਤੇ ਠੀਕ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾਂ/ਸੰਦਾਂ ਰਾਂਹੀ ਸਾਂਭਣ ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਸਦਕਾ ਸਬ-ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਆਨ ਐਗ੍ਰੀਕਲਚਰ ਮੈਕੇਨਾਈਜੇਸ਼ਨ (ਸਮੈਮ) ਸਕੀਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾਂ/ਫਾਰਮ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਬੈਂਕ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ 40 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਫਾਰਮ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਬੈਂਕ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ 80 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਦੀ ਦਰ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਕੀਮ ਵੀ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਦੀਪ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਖੇਤੀ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ 'ਤੇ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ 'ਤੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ 65 ਪੈਡੀ ਸਟਰਾਅ ਚੌਪਰ ਸ਼ਰੈਂਡਰ/ਮਲਚਰ, 100 ਸਬ ਸੋਆਇਲਰ ਅਤੇ 10 ਰਿਵਰਸੀਬਲ ਹਾਈਡਰੋਲਿਕ ਮੋਲਡ ਬੋਲਡ ਪਲੋਅ (ਉਲਟਾਵਾਂ ਹਲ) ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹਨ। ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਮੈਮ (ਸਬ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਆਨ ਐਗਰੀਕਲਚਰ ਮੈਕੇਨਾਈਜੇਸ਼ਨ) ਸਕੀਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਸਟਮ ਹਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਸੈਂਟਰ/ਫਾਰਮ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਬੈਂਕ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ 2 ਸੈਂਟਰ, ਜੋ 10 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ 'ਤੇ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ 80 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 8 ਕਿਸਾਨ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਸਕਣਗੇ, ਜਦ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਮਿਲਣਯੋਗ ਨਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ 1 ਸੈਂਟਰ 25 ਲੱਖ  ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿਸ 'ਤੇ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ 40 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਡਾ: ਬਲਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਹਾਰਵੈਸਟਰ ਕੰਬਾਇਨ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਣ ਵਾਲੇ 100 ਸੁਪਰ ਐੱਸਐੱਮ.ਐੱਸ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਜਿਸ 'ਤੇ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ 50 ਹਜਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ 6 ਫਰਵਰੀ 2018 ਤੱਕ ਅਰਜੀਆਂ ਜਮ•ਾਂ ਕਰਵਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਨਮੂਨਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ•ੇ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਬਲਾਕ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਲੱਬਧ ਹੈ। ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਿਨ•ਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਚੋਣ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਉਹ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਇਹ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗ ਨਹੀ ਲਾ ਸਕਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ ਵਿਆਜ ਸਮੇਤ ਵਾਪਸ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਪਾਬੰਧ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ/ਗਰੁੱਪ ਇਹ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਕਸਟਮ ਹਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਸੈਂਟਰ/ਫਾਰਮ ਮਸੀਨਰੀ ਬੈਂਕ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਚਾਹਵਾਨ ਹੋਣ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਰਜੀ ਫ਼ਾਰਮ ਨਾਲ ਜਮੀਨ ਦੀ ਫਰਦ, ਆਧਾਰ ਕਾਰਡ, ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤੇ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ, ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਦੀ ਆਰ ਸੀ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਆਦਿ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ 6 ਫਰਵਰੀ 2018 ਤੱਕ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਬਲਾਕ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਜਾਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਮਾਂ ਕਰਵਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਸਟਮ ਹਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਸੈਂਟਰ/ ਫਾਰਮ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਬੈਂਕ ਵਿਚ ਫਸਲ ਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦ ਖੂੰਹਦ/ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਭ-ਸੰਭਾਲ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਰਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਸੰਦ/ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਰਿਵਰਸੀਬਲ ਐਮ.ਬੀ.ਪਲਾਓ, ਮਲਚਰ, ਜੀਰੋ ਟਿੱਲ ਡਰਿੱਲ, ਹੈਪੀ ਸੀਡਰ, ਪੈਡੀ ਸਟਰਾਅ ਚੌਪਰ ਸ਼ਰੈਡਰ ਆਦਿ ਲੈਣੇ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਉਨ•ਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਪਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਕੰਮ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਘੱਟ ਰੇਟ 'ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਪਾਬੰਧ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਐੱਸ. ਸੀ., ਐੱਸ. ਟੀ. ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੇਸ ਪਹਿਲ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
